  • Counter Estimates: PA and carrier estimates reviewed side by side. Every arguable line is identified and supported. Output is a submission-ready Xactimate estimate.

  • Comparative Analyses: Strategic written report categorizing each disputed line: argue and win, argue with expected pushback, or drop. Not an estimate — a decision document for what's worth fighting.

  • Litigation Estimates: Roofing estimate built for files headed into litigation. Every line scoped and supported to the highest defensibility standard. Under questioning, the PA or attorney has an answer for each line.
